MAYA Organizational Development, General Assembly, and Culmination

On December 21, 2025, the Makati Active Youth Association - MAYA Organizational Development, General Assembly, and Culmination brought together 180 officers from diverse sectors across Makati to strengthen leadership, coordination, and collective action.

As a partner organization, Babaylanes supported the activity through organizational development and technical assistance, helping equip MAYA’s leaders with tools to advance inclusion, representation, and advocacy, particularly for youth, LGBTQIA+ communities, persons with disabilities, and other marginalized sectors.

More than a gathering, the event marked a shared commitment to inclusive, people-centered leadership and to building a Makati City where every voice is heard and valued. #HappyEquality
